When I started my mobile detailing business, I didn't know anything. I was fresh out of high school, and had seen people on YouTube talking about detailing. I decided to start after watching a few videos with a budget of $500 to buy my equipment. You can probably relate to that, right?

BUT- I made many mistakes early on. It took me almost a year to truly see any progress in my business. I didn't know how to price my services, how to advertise correctly, and I didn't have any mentors when I started. Those are just a few examples of why my business remained stagnant for so long.

When I finally decided to take my business seriously- I paid for a mentorship call with Jordan Welch (you can look him up on YT). I still remember the advice he told me-

"Get extremely good at what you do, hire someone to do it for you, and then teach others how to do exactly what you just did"

So, by the summer of 2023, I was hitting $25,000 months, I hired two crews, and bought a second company van. And today, I am continuing to grow that business, learning from my mistakes, getting better, and teaching others as I go. So, welcome to this part of my journey.
